Our Management
Iris
started
her career in tourism and became manager of L'Tur in Monchengladbach,
Germany. L'Tur is the largest last minute tour operator in Europe. Iris
then studied Spanish in Merida, Venezuela where she also worked for a
big incentive company in Caracas before coming to Florida to join in
First Incentive Travel. With many
years working in the travel industry in many European countries.
Multi-lingual management (English, Dutch,
German, French and Spanish).

Our
Experience
During his 25 years within the Dutch Travel Trade
his jobs consisted primarily with sales, marketing and management with
several Dutch Tour operators. In 1997 Joost moved to Florida and founded
Florint Destination Management, a receptive tour operator for Florida.
He later became a partner in First Incentive Travel and on January 1,
2001 Joost became the owner of First Incentive Travel. More than 40 years experience in
world-wide-tourism.
