1. How far are the homes from Disney, Sea World, and Universal?
   a. Our homes are all less than 10- 12 miles from these major attractions. (Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World)
    

2. What do I need to bring with me?
   a. Towels and linens, cooking and eating utensils are all provided. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided and a liner for trash can. You may want to bring oversized pool towels with you, as well as a package of toilet paper, and food. There are numerous grocery stores between I-4 and our check in office which sell all three of these items.

   b. The home comes with a starter pack consisting of one soap per sink, one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one trash liner per trash can. You will want to bring shampoo, conditioner and your favorite soap as these are not provided. Also remember to bring a baggie of laundry soap, each home has its own washer and dryer for your personal use.
    

3. Where do I check in?
   a. Our check-in center is located in Orlando Florida, close to the Orlando Airport and central to all the major highways leading to all the vacation homes. Here we will provide you with keys and directions to your home and all of the major area attractions. Our office hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you arrive after hours or on the weekend you will get your keys from our lock box located on the right side of our office door, you will have received the code in your confirmation. 4. When is the house cleaned and who cleans it?
   a. All of our homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our own team of professional housekeepers. Your home is a self catering home meaning you must pick up after yourself, housekeeping does not do your dishes, or pick up your garbage, the  homes are cleaned before and after each arrival, but not during your stay, unless you order a separate “mid-stay clean.” Each home comes with a a dishwasher, washer, dryer, broom, mop, dustpan and vacuum to assist you in cleaning. (By law we are not allowed to leave behind cleaning supplies, you will need to purchase at local grocery store.
    

5. What time is check in and check out time?
   a. Check in is at 4:00pm, and check out is at 10:00am.
    

6. Is early check in available?
   a. Yes! For an extra fee of $50.00 we will make the necessary arrangements to allow for a 12:00pm check in if it is possible. You must order this 24 hours before arrival and it must be approved.
    

7. Which house will be mine?
   a. Please remember that the home you saw online can vary slightly from the actual home you receive, but we guarantee you will receive a beautiful vacation home well kept up to your standards.
   b. Due to unforeseeable events and cancellations requiring us to rearrange our inventory arrangements, and guests attempting to check in directly at their designated vacation home rather than our check-in center, we typically do not disclose the exact addresses of the homes until your check in date in order to protect homeowners and guests from strangers peering into the windows.
    

8. How will I find grocery stores or supermarkets?
   a. Following our arrival directions, you will pass at least two grocery stores/markets/supermarkets on the way to our office and your vacation home. “Publix” is a leading supermarket chain, as well as “Albertsons”, “Winn-Dixie”. and “Super Wal-Mart”
    

9. Who owns the homes?

10. Why do I have to pay for housekeeping?
    a. Housekeeping is charged only on stays of 4 nights or less. If you are staying at least 5 nights, we will pay for the housekeeping fee for you. These fees cover the costs of cleaning and sanitizing the home before and after each stay.
     

11. What is the tax?
    a. State and local taxes are 13% on all charges, including extras such as housekeeping and pool heat.
     

12. Pool Heating?
    a. Not all homes are equipped with pool heater. Some homes are equipped with electric and some with gas heaters. The cost of pool heating is $26.55 + tax for electric and $40 + tax for gas. (5 night minimum) You must order in advance. The pool only heats to about 15 degrees above the outside temperature so keep that in mind when checking out the weather during specific seasons.
