PAYMENT:	We require the full balance due to be paid upon arrival to your villa.
DEPOSIT:	A $200 or $400 deposit (based on type of villa booked) is required to confirm your reservation. This will be applied to the balance of your stay.
CANCEL:	Cancel 30 days or more, pay $100 Fee. Cancel 29 days or less, lose full amount. No Refund for cancellation after arrival.
KEYS:	You will receive your keys from our office upon arrival. Keys must be returned within 24 hrs of departure or a $50.00 Fee will be imposed.
CLEANING:	Any reservation under 5 nights pay a cleaning fee of: 3 bed $75.00,4 bed $85.00,5 bed $95.00 + tax)
DAILY CLEAN:	Upon request for a charge of: 3, 4 or 5 bed Pool Home - $65 + tax
WELCOME   FOOD  PACKAGE:	Items are: Bread, Butter, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, eggs, orange juice, milk, soft drink, fruits, marmalade, peanut butter, slices of cheese. and bacon: 01 to 04 people: - $80.00 ($8.00 each additional person)
POOL HEAT:	Pool heating is available only in select homes. The cost is $26.55 + Tax Daily (Electric). The cost is $40.00 + Tax Daily (Gas). **In winter the heater will only heat the pool 15' degrees above the outside temperature.
DAMAGES:	A mandatory registration form signed with credit card information on file is required for each reservation in order to protect the house for damage or breakage which might occur. A credit card or cash deposit is acceptable. You will be notified of any changes.
